Qatium is an intuitive water management platform for utilities of all sizes. Due to dissatisfaction with the lack of progress and modernization in current water utilities, Qatium was founded in 2019 to provide managers with digital tools to transform their operations and planning to address the challenges of climate change.

Qatium decided to bring its entire team together for three days to maximize the value of in-person meetings. This initiative emerged as an opportunity to break away from the virtual environment and create a shared space where people could collaborate face-to-face, share ideas, and jointly advance key projects.
During this week, the team focused on reviewing its strategic objectives and reflecting on its mission as a company: "To make digital water management accessible to all." This mission became even more meaningful when discussed and shared in person, in an environment that fostered connection and the exchange of perspectives.
But the meeting wasn't limited to work. Qatium also wanted this experience to be meaningful on a personal level. Therefore, activities were included designed to foster camaraderie, strengthen team cohesion, and build relationships beyond the professional sphere.
These days not only served to advance business objectives but also to strengthen the company culture and consolidate the bonds that make effective collaboration possible, even from a distance.
For three days, the Qatium team put aside the distance of remote work to meet in person at our facilities.
Qatium's stay at the Bellver Blue Tech Zone combined each of their goals. Throughout the week, they participated in talks and brainstorming sessions at the Tempus e·Hub coworking space, a space designed to foster innovation and collaboration. They also enjoyed an immersive experience at Vortex and had the opportunity to learn about the work of our Azul Marino Foundation firsthand. One of the most special moments was their participation in a moving release of turtles, which had been recovered and rehabilitated months ago in our lagoon.
In addition to the work sessions and collaborative activities, the Qatium team took advantage of their free time to enjoy the natural surroundings of the Bellver Blue Tech Zone with a bike ride along the Vía Verde and a boat trip to the Columbretes Islands. They also enjoyed the hotel facilities and gastronomic spaces, where the team shared meals, conversations, and relaxing moments that further strengthened their bonds.
These experiences, outside of the work environment, were key to creating full and memorable days, where work, purpose, and enjoyment coexisted in perfect harmony.
