Gobik’s challenge at the Bellver Blue Tech Zone was to present its new cycling apparel collection to its international network of brand representatives, ensuring a professional, innovative, and impactful showcase.
Beyond the presentation itself, it was essential to foster cohesion and team spirit among representatives from different countries, so that each could convey not only the product’s features but also the brand’s values and vision within their respective markets.
Gobik’s event unfolded over the course of three days.
On Monday, the focus was on welcoming the organizing team, responsible for preparing and setting up all the materials for the event.
On Tuesday, international representatives progressively arrived at our Hotel Masía Bellver, where they were accommodated. The day concluded with a welcome dinner at El Puente, our gastronomic space, which served as a relaxed first gathering for all attendees.
The following day began with a cycling ride along a route carefully designed by our Bellver Sport Experience team, allowing participants to discover the natural surroundings of Bellver. Upon returning, they enjoyed a brunch at Tempus restaurant, which served as a transition point before the first product presentation sessions held in the Zenit room. The day closed with the screening of a personalized video for Gobik, produced by the audiovisual team of Bellver Blue Tech Zone, and shown in the Vortex room—an inspiring moment that reinforced a sense of pride and belonging. The experience continued with a relaxed dinner at Bosque Masía Bellver, followed by one of the event’s most memorable highlights: the fashion show of Gobik’s new collection, held on catwalks set in the middle of nature. Special lighting and sound effects transformed the forest setting into a truly unique stage.
The final day began at 7:00 a.m. with a yoga session to recharge energy in the chill-out area of Hotel Masía Bellver. At 9:00 a.m., the agenda resumed with a commercial strategy session in Zenit, interspersed with a mid-morning brunch. In the afternoon, activities continued in the e.Hub coworking area, which was adapted to create two themed spaces. Each group worked separately before switching roles, using the screens to support their presentations. The day, and the event, concluded with a closing dinner at Masía Bellver.
